Season opener on the Lower Rhine. From 20 to 22 March 2026, the 4×4 rhein-waal 2026 in Kalkar opens its doors to all off-road and off-road-travel enthusiasts.
On over 9,000 square metres of hall space, around 100 exhibitors are again announced for the 4×4 rhein-waal. Visitors can again expect many offers and products around off-road vehicles, living boxes, off-road trailers, gear, camping, roof tents, off-road travel and much more. In addition there’s the well-known action area outdoors. The halls provide a certain independence from the weather at this time of year, and the concept has proven itself in recent years.
As a season opener, the 4×4 rhein-waal has become a fixed part of the off-road event calendar and will again attract numerous visitors. Kalkar lies on the Lower Rhine not far from the German-Dutch border. As a result the event has a convenient location for visitors from central and western Germany as well as from Belgium and, of course, the Netherlands.
On the camp area, directly attached to the fair grounds, you can again stay overnight as a visitor and, after visiting the fair, exchange ideas with like-minded people and let the fair evening wind down comfortably.

Opening hours
The 4×4 rhein-waal 2026 is open
- Friday and Saturday, from 10:00 to 18:00 and
- Sunday, from 10:00 to 17:00.
Admission prices
- A day ticket costs 15.00 euros per person and
- the overnight stay in the camp area 30.00 euros per pitch and night.
- Children up to and including 15 years have free admission.
You can get the tickets for the fair and the pitch in advance via Ticket i/o (plus advance booking costs) or on site at the box office.
