New from horntools: the ExRoof roof rack

The new ExRoof roof rack from horntools is the perfect everyday companion. It not only looks the part, it’s also pretty practical, whether for work, hobby or travel.

The ExRoof roof rack is made of powder-coated aluminium and, depending on the version, weighs around 20 kg. Thanks to the all-round profile rail, you can attach various add-on parts using slot nuts.

Accessories for the ExRoof roof rack

One of the add-on parts is, for example, the handy loading aid for the new roof rack. This is a stainless-steel roller fixed to the side of the roof rack, over which you can lift heavy or long items such as ladders or large boxes onto the roof rack without damaging your vehicle or the rack.

Further accessories are the lashing eyes, which you can fix into the ExRoof roof rack to lash down your luggage.

To match the new roof rack there is also a roof-tent quick-release rail, with which you can mount your roof tent on the rack without lengthy bolting. You can even lock the roof-tent quick releases with a padlock, so the roof tent is protected against theft.

Fits vehicles from the Jimny to various vans

So far the new horntools roof rack is available for the Ford Ranger, the Suzuki Jimny, the Mitsubishi L200, the Isuzu D-MAX and the Ford Transit. Racks for the current Amarok and vans such as the Jumpy, Expert, Proace and Opel Vivaro are coming soon.
