Abenteuer&Allrad 2026: What There Is to See

Besides the new exhibitors, we also asked the familiar faces what new things there are to see this year. Here’s an overview of what awaits you at the stands at the Abenteuer&Allrad 2026.

AllRoad / Desert Service: Stand ZD05

Desert Service isn’t on site with its own stand this year, but their products can be seen at AllRoad on the Malibu stand. They have three new products for the Mercedes Sprinter 4×4 and the Crafter in their luggage.

The first new product is recovery eyes for the MLT with a frame extension, but without a tow hitch. A gap many Hymer MLT drivers know, because without a tow hitch there was hardly a clean solution for the rear so far. The construction is made of 12 mm steel, galvanically zinc-plated, including reinforcing cross-struts and mounting hardware. On request the eyes are also available powder-coated.

Desert Service AllRoad

Alongside there are new heavy-duty recovery eyes for the Sprinter 907 4×4 with the 2L engine, for both front and rear. Likewise made of galvanically zinc-plated steel, plus matching shackles in black and yellow and the necessary mounting hardware. Anyone who likes it colour-coordinated can choose the powder-coated variant here too.

The third highlight is a fuel-tank guard of 6 millimetre aluminium for the Sprinter 906, 907 and the Crafter. What’s exciting above all is the versatility, because the plate fits even when your vehicle has a side waste-water tank or a battery compartment, as is the case with many Hymer MLTs. Twin tyres don’t get in the way of fitting either. It’s delivered complete with steel brackets and mounting hardware.

BOXIO: Stand ZF07

Many may still know BOXIO only as a separating-toilet manufacturer, but the company has expanded its range considerably in recent years. At the centre now is the BOXIO RACK, a modular box and bed system for the van. You put together exactly what you need from various box sizes and bed modules, and can expand or rearrange the system at any time. So anyone who doesn’t want a complete fixed build straight away but wants to stay flexible will find a really well-thought-out solution here. Practical too: the boxes can also be taken individually out of the car, for loading at home or as a mobile outdoor kitchen, for example.

Added to that are two new products around the campfire. The BOXIO FIRE is a folding fire bowl of stainless steel that, folded up, fits into the SOLO-UP box. It’s set up without tools, just slot together and make a fire. With the supplied grill grate, the bowl becomes a fully fledged grill for up to four people.

Anyone who wants to cook over the fire will find the right addition in the BOXIO TRIPOD. The aluminium tripod is height-adjustable, carries up to 20 kilos of pot plus contents and itself weighs just 585 grams. A nice set that extends the outdoor kitchen with a bit of campfire romance.

CampBoks: Stand ZN04

The CampBoks is the quick solution for everyone who wants to try van life without building their own motorhome straight away. It transforms the load space of an everyday transporter into a ready-to-use camping setup. For 2026 there’s a new model that has gained in several respects.

The biggest change: the new CampBoks is considerably shorter and so also fits vehicles with a short wheelbase, for example the VW Caddy or the VW ID. Buzz. Depending on configuration and vehicle, up to four people can even come along.

Campboks - exhibitor Abenteuer&Allrad

At the centre is a newly developed storage system with an optimised kitchen unit. The two previously separate pull-outs have been brought together in one large, continuous aluminium tray. That way you can not only access your things more efficiently but also load long items like skis all the way through. A newly integrated inner flap provides a better overview in everyday use. Anyone who wants it even more fitting can choose between two versions, the Pro with a fully fledged kitchen pull-out or the Lite with additional storage.

Camping-Pioneers: Stand C13

Camping-Pioneers is known as an online shop for camping and van-life accessories, from motorhome supplies to outdoor equipment. This time they have, among other things, these two new products with them.

The Lagun table mount is a space-saving, swivelling table system for campers, motorhomes and boats. Tool-free adjustable, variable in height and rotatable through 360 degrees, made of anodised aluminium. New is the choice between classic silver and the matt-black Black Edition, which suits modern builds better visually.

Alongside is the qeedo Freedom Compact 2, a light folding roof tent for two people at around 45 kilos in weight, which is why it also fits smaller vehicles like estates, vans or SUVs. The sleeping area measures 140 by 230 centimetres and comes with a 7 cm cold-foam mattress, a 360-degree panoramic window and fine-pored mosquito nets. The 600D ripstop tent fabric has a 3,000 mm water column, and the set-up takes only a few minutes.

Campany Vans: Stand ZM02

With panel vans there are different roof heights: H1 is the flat roof, H2 the normal high roof. Most motorhomes on a Sprinter base use the H2 because it offers standing height. Campany goes a different way and shows a new pop-top roof for the H1, the low Sprinter, at the fair. It sounds odd at first, but it has a whole lot of advantages.

With the roof flipped open, the H1 gives you a generous two metres of standing height, ten centimetres more than the H2. The sleeping area is 20 centimetres larger, which makes a real difference when sleeping. Closed, the H1 is then 35 centimetres lower than the H2, which solves a number of points better. Bridges, mountain overhangs, a normal carport, all suddenly no longer an issue. The lower centre of gravity also ensures better cornering and less susceptibility to crosswinds. So the H1 simply passes as a daily driver without you having to do without the pop-top sleeping option.

Specifically there’s a sleeping area of 140 by 215 centimetres on a fold-up slatted-frame system with Froli spring caps, plus a large Outbound roof hatch of 96 by 65 centimetres. The extra weight of the H1 roof over the H2 is only 10 kg, so it weighs 120 kg instead of 110 kg.

CAMPWERK: Stand ZD32

At the CAMPWERK stand, the Abenteuer & Allrad is, as always, about comfortable camping solutions. The focus is on the Family and Cargo trailer tents. The Family offers plenty of room for longer tours and trips with several people. The Cargo is built more ruggedly and is especially suited to everyone who wants to bring more gear and travel off the beaten track too.

CAMPWERK - exhibitor at the Abenteuer&Allrad 2026

You’ll also find various roof tent solutions, including the iKamper Skycamp 3.0, the CAMPWERK Adventure in olive and the OrthFrame models from Wild Land. The OrthFrame tents are hardshell roof tents with an aluminium shell and can be set up very quickly. Depending on the model, you get them as a compact variant for one to two people or as a larger solution for three to four people.CAMPWERK - exhibitor at the Abenteuer&Allrad 2026

Camp Impuls: Stand C05

Anyone who wants to travel the world without a full-grown expedition vehicle should take a look at the Bruder EXP-8. The rugged off-road trailer relies on specialised suspension and high ground clearance on a monocoque construction. The advantage over a full-grown expedition vehicle: a smaller turning circle, better access to remote places and the option of parking the trailer and using the tow vehicle separately. New in the family is the ADX series with the same off-road DNA, but more simply built and therefore a bit cheaper.

There’s also a premiere: Camp Impuls is now the European representation for The Bush Company from Australia. Premium overlanding equipment, developed from many years of experience in the South African bush. Roof tents, free-standing 270-degree and 180-degree awnings as well as outdoor accessories. The AX27, TX27 MAX and the 270 XT awning are designed for long-term travel and demanding off-road adventures.

Carawater: Stand T03

Water tank empty, tour over in the middle of nowhere? Not any more. Carawater tackles the problem with the AUTARX system, a treatment unit that turns grey water back into fresh water directly in the vehicle. Showering and washing up thus become independent of the next tap. A multi-stage filtration and UV-C create a closed water cycle that lets you stay put considerably longer.

Alongside there are the new smart pumps with app control. The working pressure can be set in three stages and adjusts automatically to demand. An integrated leak protection detects faults early, and all of it runs quietly and can be monitored via app.

Continental / General Tire: Stand T06

At General Tire it’s mainly about two new tyres this year: the new Grabber Cross A/S is an all-season tyre designed about 80 percent for the road and 20 percent for off-road. All 44 sizes are now available, plus all items carry the Alpine symbol and the EV-compatible logo. So they’re approved for both winter and electric vehicles.

Continental General Tire - exhibitor at the Abenteuer&Allrad 2026

The second tyre at the stand is the proven Grabber AT3 with a C and CP marking for campers and vans. In 2021 General Tire was the first brand worldwide to bring an AT off-road tyre with a C marking to market, and now four new sizes are being added. The Grabber AT3 with the C marking takes up to 1,450 kilos of single-wheel load and was named best all-season tyre 2024 by promobil. Just the thing, then, if you’re out with a heavily loaded camper on both the motorway and off-road.Continental General Tire - exhibitor at the Abenteuer&Allrad 2026

Ellie Vans / Ellie Overland: Stand ZC08

A compact fixed-roof living box for midsize pick-ups like the Toyota Hilux, Ford Ranger and Isuzu D-Max takes centre stage at this year’s Abenteuer&Allrad at Ellie Overland: the new Terrafox. The cabin is developed specially for travellers looking for an expedition vehicle that’s as off-road-capable as possible while still being homely. The compact outer dimensions keep the centre of gravity low, and the build of 30 mm GRP sandwich panels with a PET core on a welded aluminium frame is designed for durability.

Ellie Overland AA 2026

Inside, the focus is on an open feeling of space with plenty of storage. Ellie Overland also supports DIY builders with empty cabins, so anyone who wants to do their own work gets the bare cabin here without an interior build.

Famous Water: Stand ZE02

UV-LED disinfection units are the theme at Famous Water this year, and the new devices can do quite a bit. They deliver a high radiation dose, work with 12V, 24V or 230V and offer, depending on the model, a flow of 22.5 or 45 litres per minute. The UV radiation switches on automatically via the water flow and is at full power from the first nanosecond. The system dynamically adjusts the output to the current flow, withstands up to 8.2 bar working pressure and protects against biofilm growth via UV PulseCare. On top of that the devices are really compact. Famous Water also advises on planning and retrofitting which device makes sense where in the water installation.

FENNEK: Stand Q11

When you sit at camp in the evening, fire is simply part of it. FENNEK brings three products this time that make exactly this moment better, and all three show that the brand knows its craft.

The Oktagon fire bowl weighs just 2.7 kilos, slots together and then fits flat in the boot. Made of heat-resistant stainless steel, made in Germany, and built so ruggedly that it still looks good after a hundred campfires. With the optional grill grate or the 55 fire plate, the fire bowl becomes a fully fledged grilling station that still stays compact when set up. Just the right concept, then, when you’re counting every litre of storage space in the van.

Fennek AA 2026

Fennek AA 2026

The FENNEK Planchas are 4 mm thick stainless steel plates for the grill, and they’ve got what it takes to completely transform your outdoor kitchen. Smashed burgers, crispy vegetables, fish or fried eggs, everything that’s difficult on a normal grill grate works on the plancha with no secret. There are universal models for almost any grill and tailor-made solutions for various grills. Plus further variants with a fat drain or a raised front edge, depending on how much control you want when frying.

Fennek AA 2026

And then there’s the High Fire, a fire net of stainless steel. Instead of a heavy steel tub, the fire hangs free in the air here, at least it looks like that in the dark. Set up in seconds, ultra-mobile and a real eye-catcher at the camp. Anyone who’s ever tried to take a classic fire bowl on longer tours immediately appreciates the difference in volume.

Genesis Import: Stand ZA08

New in the Genesis Import range is Predator Offroad from South Africa. The brand develops modular roof racks and carrier systems for 4x4s, pick-ups and overlanding vehicles. Besides classic roof racks, Predator also offers cargo solutions, pull-outs and accessories for expedition builds. The systems are designed for heavy loading, roof tents, awnings and off-road use.

The Predator Offroad roof rack system is a flat platform in a stealth design made of 3CR12 stainless steel. Modular, corrosion-resistant and compatible with LED light bars. Plus the Predator Offroad Cargo Slides, pull-out systems of the same stainless steel with up to 190 kilos of dynamic load capacity and a double lock. They can be combined with hardtops and load-bed covers.

Genesis Import also shows the James Baroud Evasion ProLine this year, the premium version of the well-known roof tent. The four-layer GRP shell with a gelcoat coating offers room for two to four people. In the ProLine version, an LED light strip, anti-condensation mat, two heating openings and keder rails come as standard. Practical too: the roof tent can even be opened with an additional roof load. Skis, a surfboard or a roof box can stay on top, then, when you climb into the tent in the evening.

Kuckoo Camper: Stand ZJ03/ZJ04

The Kuckoo Camper Max gets an exciting upgrade, because the proven roof tent with a practical internal passage now offers even more comfort and functionality. New is a fold-up floor in the roof tent, through which a continuous standing height from the trailer up into the tent can be created during the day. You may know the concept from classic Bulli solutions, and it brings real upright standing into the small trailer for the first time. The full sleeping comfort is retained all the same, because the Max still offers four sleeping places. At the stand you can see the upgrade live.

Overland Equipment: Stand ZC11

The Miriquidi Modular Series is the big theme at Overland Equipment, a modular furniture concept for the camper self-build. The whole thing is built ultra-light and designed to bring space, comfort and order into the van without the axle load groaning under the furniture weight. The concept can be seen directly on the new fair Sprinter, plus there’s a broad selection of further products, from rugged off-road accessories to practical everyday solutions for the road.

PEPEC: Stand M53

On an Isuzu D-Max stands the further-developed living-box carrier from PEPEC, designed for the Alu-Cab Canopy and Mod campers as well as for the Bieber-Tec slide-in living boxes. What’s exciting is the storage concept: side toolboxes above and below the carrier provide plenty of volume without sacrificing off-road capability. Added to that is an EFS suspension and a wheel-tyre combination from Loder and Delta. For everyone who wants to bring comfort, storage and off-road capability together, a very well-thought-out setup.

Pepec IDX Worker AA2026

Alongside, PEPEC shows a load bed with a demountable box in the WORKER Edition. The box is fully fitted with a SORTIMO interior and electrically equipped, so it’s intended more for tough everyday work. Here too an EFS suspension, Loder AT tyres and Delta wheels are fitted. Anyone looking for a vehicle that can do both a workshop setup and weekend off-road should take a closer look at stand M53.

You’ll find more info on the homepage: https://www.pepec.de

pureflexx: Stand M23

No fewer than three new products come from pureflexx to Bad Kissingen, all on a Ford base.

The Escape 600 flexx is the everyday-capable travel vehicle in the range. Four seats, up to four sleeping places and a novel layout with high flexibility. From the short trip to the world tour, the concept is meant to do both.

The flexx roof is a new pop-top roof for the Ford Transit. Thanks to the full roof cut-out, a standing height of 1.85 metres is created with rear-wheel and all-wheel drive. The parallel electric lifting provides a clear all-round view, plus there are large windows in the tent bellows with a fly screen and a roof bed with a 2.10 by 1.35 metre sleeping area. The integrated roof cap has a moulded spoiler for low wind noise while driving.

There are also the flexx Flares, new rear widenings for the Transit. With them you reach, in the Transit with a rear cross bed, a sleeping length of well over two metres. The design is kept automotive and integrates into the contours of the Transit.

Roof Space: Stand ZD31

For a long time, with a roof tent you had to decide between two worlds, because either there was the compact hardshell tent with quick set-up or the roomy folding tent with plenty of space. Roof Space has lifted this division and combines both in a single concept. Closed, the tent looks like a compact aluminium hardshell; opened up, it doubles its interior. The Roof Space 2 and the Roof Space 4 thus offer up to 250 cm of sleeping area despite compact outer dimensions, which is a real advantage above all for tall people or travellers with a lot of equipment.

The set-up takes under two minutes, made possible by gas struts and well-thought-out hinge kinematics. What’s exciting is the internal stability system with a steel-cable mechanism that means the ladder is no longer needed as a load-bearing support. That increases stability and provides a considerably safer feeling when climbing and turning around up there.

The panorama mode is special too. The tent walls can be opened so far that the sleeping place becomes an open terrace with a 360-degree view. So instead of cave-like narrowness, you get a real living space under the open sky. Plus there’s a TPU foam mattress and an integrated anti-condensation mat, so wet nights don’t become a problem either.

You’ll find more info on the homepage: https://www.roofspace.de

Seikel: Stand ZL05

For the new van generation, Seikel has put together a complete off-road package, and it can be seen at the fair. Firstly, a lift for the current Volkswagen Transporter and the Ford Custom V710. Both vehicles share the platform, and Seikel now delivers the matching suspension for it. Seikel - exhibitor at the Abenteuer&Allrad 2026

Secondly, protective components: engine skid plate, differential guard, rock sliders, radiator guard grille, tank guard and underbody protection. Together with the lift, that makes a rounded off-road package with which the new Transporter or Custom cuts a good figure off the road too.Seikel protection AA2026

Simex Outdoor / BENT: Stand ZK03/ZK04

At BENT there’s the BENTCHO to see this time. It’s a pretty clever multi-talent for campers, not a classic sleeping bag, but can also be used as needed as a blanket, poncho, pillow, bag or even as a double sleeping bag. Practical in the van, where every item should ideally take on several jobs.

The new Nature series is also starting, a line of sun sails in natural colours like Java brown and jungle green. So protection from sun, wind and weather, while being unobtrusive enough that the outdoor look isn’t disturbed by neon colours.

Bent Nature AA2026

You’ll find more info on the homepage: https://www.bent-club.com

TAF CASE: Stand M15

With the new PRO line, TAF CASE extends its range with a series of considerably more rugged protective cases, because the plastic is stronger and so makes the cases more impact-resistant and temperature-stable. The closures have been developed further too and are now even more reliable in rough everyday use.
Visually it’s clearer and more reduced, with modern lines and a discreet black TAF logo that underlines the premium character of the line. Plus there are new sizes, so you’ll find the right case for bulky equipment too.

You’ll find more info on the homepage: https://taf-case.de/schutzkoffer/taf-case-pro/

Thule: Stand E13/ZD33

No fewer than three new products from Thule are interesting for overlanders this time.

The Thule Widesky is a new hardshell roof tent for two people. What distinguishes it from many wedge roof tents is its daytime usability, because the mattress can be turned into a supporting backrest, creating a sofa in the tent. Large panorama doors, dimmable LEDs and enough headroom for sitting upright make the Widesky a place to spend time, not just a place to sleep. It’s set up in seconds, because you only have to undo the buckles and open the tent.

Thule Widesky - AA 2026 Thule Widesky - AA 2026

Added to that is the Thule Subsola, modular awning panels for extended living space. Anyone travelling with a compact van who needs more room outside can flexibly extend the area under the awning with them.

Thule - Subsola - AA 2026

And the Thule VeloSwing is an e-bike transport solution specially for panel vans, made for everyone who wants to bring their e-bikes along and still get to the rear doors.

WM aquatec: Stand ZD16

At the centre at WM aquatec is the UV-aid+, a mobile water-treatment case weighing less than 5 kilos. It turns almost any water source into hygienically safe water, whether in the motorhome, van, boat or as an emergency solution at home.

Added to that is the UV8 series for chemical-free water hygiene on the road. The UV-C LEDs from OSRAM treat up to 8 litres per minute only at the point of draw and achieve a germ reduction of 99.999 percent. The system works without a warm-up phase and manages entirely without mercury, plus the lifespan of the LEDs is around 10,000 hours. The series comes in four versions that cover different needs. The eco is the basic variant, the act adds an acoustic signal, the safe works with a sensor and voltage monitoring, and the steel comes in a stainless steel housing. All variants are pre-assembled and connected plug-and-play.

WM aquatec - exhibitor at the Abenteuer&Allrad 2026

For world travellers there’s the KLW complete solution, which treats the water in three stages at once. A silver net in the tank prevents germ growth, an activated-carbon block takes care of taste and contaminants, and the UV-C unit handles the last cleaning stage.

Yakima: Stand F02

The Ruggedline HD is a roof rack system from Yakima developed specially for tough off-road use. Tested and certified to 150 kilos of dynamic weight, so stable even when you get properly shaken about off-road. The construction of powder-coated steel brings not only ruggedness but also an integrated wind deflector that keeps the noise and consumption on the motorway in check.

YAKIMA AA 2026 Yakima Ruggedline HD and LNL platform on the Toyota Land Cruiser 250 Arctic Trucks with a 37 inch conversion kit.

Added to that is the LNL platform HD (Lock N Load) of powder-coated aluminium, which can be configured in 20 different sizes. Practical too are the provided cable routes for auxiliary headlights and radio antennas, so the whole setup stays clean and doesn’t hang in the airflow.
At the stand, Yakima shows both systems in real use, once mounted on the Toyota Land Cruiser 250 Arctic Trucks with a 37-inch conversion kit and once on the new Mitsubishi L200. They also present the new Adjustable MollePanel, a flexible mounting solution for various additional gear.

YETI: Stand ZA09

YETI is back again this year too and brings a whole series of new products to Bad Kissingen. Three of them especially caught our eye, because they hit exactly what’s really fun in van life: a good coffee in the morning, a comfortable seat in the evening and always a blanket to hand.

The Rambler 6 oz Stackable Mugs are stackable espresso cups with a DuraSip ceramic coating and a handle that really takes some abuse. The 6 oz are exactly the size with which you drink a flat white at the pitch in the morning or enjoy a cortado at breakfast at camp, without it being over after three sips. Stackable means: you stow them away space-saving in the cupboard and don’t have to spread a wild collection of cups through the whole vehicle.

New too is the Trailhead Field Chair, a folding camping chair with an ergonomic design, light enough for the backpack and yet comfortable enough to sit outside all evening. Folded up, it disappears into its own carry bag and takes up almost no room in the car.

YETI Trailhead Field Chair AA2026

And for the cooler evenings there’s the Lowlands Blanket. An outdoor blanket with a waterproof outer layer and a soft, insulated inner side. It repels dirt, burrs and animal hair, which is a real argument above all for everyone with a dog, because the blanket doesn’t go in the bin after three tours but lasts for years.

ZURRSCHIENEN.COM Transportsysteme GmbH: Stand M49

Small but clever is the new product from ZURRSCHIENEN.COM. The lock fitting for airline rails is exactly the part you need when you want to transport sand ladders or jerrycans securely on the load bed without something suddenly missing the next morning. The fitting is fixed via an M8 lashing-rail nut and fits all common airline rails.

Included in delivery are the lock fitting itself, the matching M8 lashing-rail nut and a Torx screw. At the introductory price of 15 euros including VAT, it’s one of the cheaper investments in more theft protection, especially on tours with unfamiliar pitches.
