With the Winch Box, a 1.8-tonne Zeta winch with plenty of accessories for very versatile use as a mobile winch. The box sits on a sturdy base plate, with which you can bolt the Winch Box onto a carrier, both under the box and behind it. Using the mounts on the back and the supplied shackles and tree strap, the box can also be secured to a tree.
The horntools Winch Box, put to many uses
Beyond commercial use in workshops or as a trailer aid to pull vehicles onto a trailer, this mobile winch is especially interesting for van life and smaller 4x4s. When there are no ready-made winch systems for a vehicle, or you don’t want to drive around with a winch fitted all the time, use the winch box to get yourself out of a tight spot. Remember to provide good, solid anchor points on your vehicle.
