From 12 to 14 March 2027, the 4×4 rhein-waal opens its doors again in Kalkar on the Lower Rhine. The fair has long been a fixed season opener in the off-road calendar. In the halls of the exhibition grounds, everything revolves around off-road vehicles, camper cabins, off-road trailers, equipment, camping, roof tents and travel. There is also the familiar action area outside. A nice detail: the camping area is right next to the exhibition halls, so you can stroll over to the fair without much effort alongside the get-together.
Kalkar lies on the Lower Rhine, not far from the German-Dutch border. That makes the fair especially appealing for visitors from western and central Germany as well as from Belgium and the Netherlands. If you want to stay longer, you can spend the night on the directly adjoining camp area and let the fair evening wind down with like-minded people.
