For the VW Transporter 8 and the Ford Custom V710 with the L1 and L2 wheelbases, Seikel offers more ground clearance. The Seikel lift kit is available now.
The specialists for off-road-capable commercial vehicles from Volkswagen and Ford have taken on the current Transporter generation and offer a suspension lift developed with a great deal of testing. For this suspension they worked closely with the engineers at KW automotive. The setup was not only determined on test drives over many thousands of kilometres as far as the Tunisian Sahara, but also received fine-tuning on the KW suspension test rig.
40 mm more height
On the front axle the original suspension spring continues to be used. That saves costs. The lift of around 40 mm is achieved by a spring seat positioned higher on the shock absorber. That offers more room for off-road tyres and improves general clearance.
The ground clearance on the rear axle is increased by springs from Eibach, to which the KW dampers were precisely matched. The suspension layout is generally comfortable.
With integrated rebound damping
Rebound damping offers additional advantages when driving off-road. When the suspension fully extends, this special damping at the end stop of the shock absorbers provides additional comfort and protects the components.

Compatibility a top priority
The SEIKEL lift for the Volkswagen Transporter T8 and Ford Custom V710 fits the L1 and L2 wheelbase, all-wheel and two-wheel drive, as well as all engine versions including hybrid and electric models.
Part type approval in progress
Delivery includes the complete mounting hardware. Entry in the vehicle papers is done by means of a parts report under §19 StVZO, but a part type approval (TTG) is already in preparation.
