Good vision ahead and to the side
The Strands Siberia Outlaw UDX 8″ is a combo light bar that lights up the surroundings ahead and to the side. It has a light guide that glows either white or amber, which adds a smart touch. As a high beam, the Strands LED light bar has to be fitted in pairs.
Two modes: bright and ultra-bright
What is special about the Strands Siberia Outlaw UDX 8″ is that you can run it in two modes, the road-legal high-beam mode and the Xperience work-light mode. So it is an LED light bar that works as both a high beam and a work light. On top of that, there is a position light built in.
Switching modes without an extra switch
You switch the Siberia Outlaw UDX into Xperience work-light mode by flashing the headlight flasher three times, two seconds after turning the lights on. Now it gets really bright. To run the light bars legally on the road again, you switch the light off for 5 seconds and then repeat the procedure.
The Xperience mode of the Siberia Outlaw UDX 8″ impresses with a light output of 5,758 lumens, and that at a compact 20 cm long. In normal high-beam mode, meanwhile, the LED light bar provides a road-legal high beam at 2,788 lumens.
The light bar is mounted with L-shaped brackets at the ends. A four-pin DEUTSCH DT connector is used for wiring, and a short adapter cable with bare ends is included.
Strands Siberia Outlaw UDX 8″: extremely tough
The Siberia Outlaw is powerful and extremely tough as well. Its aluminium housing has an anti-UV coating, and thanks to the shatterproof polycarbonate lens it stands up to hard off-road use too.
